If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost.

Eligibility for Returns

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Products that show signs of use or damage.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Any item returned after the return window has expired.
Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the product must be returned first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.
